Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all tours and travel services offered by The Fortune Travels. By booking a tour with us, you agree to the following terms.

Journey
Travel arrangements may include air travel, A/C coach buses, trains, or other local transport depending on the tour itinerary and group size.
In certain locations where large vehicles are restricted, mini buses or smaller vehicles may be used as per local regulations.

Accommodation

• Hotels are selected carefully to provide comfort and convenience at reasonable prices.

• Hotels may sometimes be located within the city or slightly outside the city depending on availability.

• Rooms are generally provided on a twin-sharing basis.

• A third guest in the room will usually be provided with an extra mattress or rollaway bed.

• Guests must follow the check-in and check-out timings of the respective hotels.

Room Sharing
Single travelers who wish to share a room with another traveler may do so with mutual consent. The company will not be responsible for any personal misunderstandings or issues during room sharing.

Health & Medical Responsibility
Guests booking a tour are assumed to be medically fit to travel and capable of completing the itinerary.

• Travelers with serious medical conditions should consult their doctor before booking.

• In case of illness during the tour, guests must arrange their own medical treatment and expenses.

• The tour manager may not always be able to provide individual medical attention.

The Fortune Travels will not be responsible for any medical issues during the tour.

Baggage Policy

• Travelers should avoid carrying unnecessary luggage or valuable items.

• Baggage is the sole responsibility of the traveler at all times during the tour.

• Standard airline baggage limits apply.

Recommended Limits

• Domestic Flights: 15 kg per person

• International Flights: 30 kg per person

Any excess baggage charges imposed by airlines must be paid directly by the passenger.

Reservation Policy
Guests are advised to book tours at least 60 days in advance to ensure confirmed reservations.

• A minimum advance payment is required at the time of booking.

• The registration amount is non-refundable.

• Tour services such as tickets, visas, and hotel bookings will be confirmed only after receiving the full payment.

Signing the booking form indicates that the guest has read and accepted the company’s Terms & Conditions.

Minimum Group Requirement
Group tours will operate only if a minimum number of participants (usually 20 guests) have confirmed the tour.
If the required number of participants is not reached, The Fortune Travels reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the tour, and customers will be informed in advance.

Tour Price – Inclusions
Tour packages may include:

• Airfare or train fare (as specified)

• Deluxe A/C bus travel

• Accommodation in standard hotels

• Selected meals (as per itinerary)

• Toll fees and parking charges

• Entry fees to temples or monuments (if mentioned)

• Local transport for sightseeing

Tour Price – Exclusions
The following are not included unless specifically mentioned:

• Personal expenses

• Porter charges

• Mineral water

• Meals during train travel

• Travel insurance

• Additional transport such as boats, ponies, helicopters, etc.

• Excess baggage charges

• Tips or gratuities

Child Policy

• Children 2 to 11 years may receive a discounted fare depending on seat availability.

• Age proof for children must be provided at the time of booking.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
If a guest cancels a booking, the following cancellation charges may apply:

More than 46 days before departure	25% or ₹10,000 (whichever is higher)
45 – 31 days	50%
30 – 15 days	75%
Less than 15 days	100%

• No refund will be given for unused services or missed sightseeing.

• Refunds will be processed only after receiving refunds from relevant service providers.

Guest Responsibilities
Guests are expected to:

• Take care of their personal belongings.

• Follow the tour schedule and instructions provided by the tour manager.

• Maintain respectful behavior with co-travelers and staff.

Rights of The Fortune Travels
The company reserves the right to:

• Cancel or modify a tour due to unavoidable circumstances.

• Change itinerary, travel routes, or accommodation if required.

• Refuse participation to any guest whose behavior disrupts the tour.

In case of tour cancellation by the company, the amount paid will be refunded, but no additional compensation will be provided.

Liability Disclaimer
The Fortune Travels acts only as a travel organizer. We do not own or control airlines, railways, hotels, or transport services.
Therefore, we are not responsible for:

• Flight or train delays

• Transport breakdowns

• Weather conditions

• Political disturbances

• Natural disasters

• Changes made by third-party service providers

Jurisdiction
All disputes related to bookings or tours organized by The Fortune Travels will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in India, and governed by the laws of India.
